At Fly, we want you to be fully satisfied with your performance gear. If your equipment doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of purchase.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unworn condition.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange once the gear arrives at our warehouse.
